Good morning , if you drop off and pick up your children from the Albion Tractor Supply , please make sure that you are parking in the yellow lined parking spaces. Attention Seniors!!!

Seniors, did you miss the Affording Post Secondary Education meeting here at the school? would you like help finding and applying for financial aid? Join the College and Career Access Center’s Winter Wonderland FAFSA/Scholarship Event on Saturday, December 7th from 11am-7pm. This event will be held at the College and Career Access Center in the Jackson Crossing Mall, but students can join us via Zoom as well.

Dear Parents/Guardians, We discovered our survey was not allowing responses from outside of the JCISD. We have corrected this issue and you should be able to submit a response. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We need parent feedback. Please see the attached letter for an opportunity to give us input on the team-based teaching model. In advance, thank you for your time and partnership!

Attention 8th -12th grade students and parents! Seniors and their parent(s) are invited to stay afterward to get help creating their FSA ID, the first step in completing the FAFSA. Although the FAFSA is not scheduled to open until December 1st, the FSA ID can be created now. The benefit of creating the FSA ID now is that it takes a couple of days to get it verified, and if anything were to come up that they need other documentation to verify an account, it would not hold you up on completing the FAFSA itself when it does open.

Good evening, This is just a reminder that any students living in Amberton Village or getting picked up at the Eagles should be ready for the bus to arrive earlier than normal. Amberton Village: Approximately 6:45 AM Eagles: Approximately: 6:50 AM Any students getting on at the Tractor Supply in Albion that has had a bus change should have already been notified, but if there are any questions the drivers will have lists of who is on each bus. Junior Jacket Basketball is coming to grades 2-5. Registration is open. Please sign up with the QR code or fill out the registration form and return to the Elementary office by 11/26/24. Go Jackets!

The Health Education team at the Jackson County Health Department will support the schools of Jackson County with resources and educational programs that promote health, wellness, and preventive practices among students, staff, and families. We are pleased to share this resource as part of our ongoing efforts to provide valuable health information. The first is our Parent Vaping Education Guide, designed to inform parents about vaping risks, how to recognize vaping devices and ways to support healthy choices for their children. Given the increase in the prevalence of vaping among youth, this guide offers practical insights and conversation starters for parents.

This is just a reminder that tomorrow November 6th will be a half day with a 11:05 AM dismissal. Parent teacher conferences are scheduled from 1:00-7:00 PM

It is easy and quick to complete! These forms help determine how much funding we receive for Title I, Title II, Title IV, At-Risk, and E-Rate. These numbers also impact the level of grant funding we can receive. For example, we opened the School Wellness Program with a grant because we have a high percentage of our students eligible for free and reduced lunch. PLEASE take a few minutes to complete this form! We will be entering all families that completed the form into a drawing for prizes. The drawing will be held in the month of November! https://concord.familyportal.cloud/ Thank you!
